Toshiba is Going to Install Media Processor SpursEngine to its AV Notebook

According to the report from Register Hardware, starting from this year, Toshiba is going install this powerful media processor to its AV notebooks. This rumor does exist for quite a long time, and get confirmed yesterday. It will even spread to TV or DVD or other related AV products.




The processor itself mainly relies on four Cell-alike Synergistic Processing Elements to process and handle complicated AV applications. But how about the price for this upgraded notebook? There is still no answer at the moment.
